Orders for UK shipping are processed every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday must be placed before 10am for a courier collection on that day and delivery the next day or the following day for destination such as Scotland. Orders placed on Thursday after the deadline will be dispatched the following Monday as and per the policy.
Orders that qualify for Local delivery within a 5 miles radius of our warehouse must be placed before the cut off time of 16pm for next day delivery before 16pm. We do not do local deliveries on Saturday and Sunday!
We will hand cut and pack your order on the day of dispatch. To keep it cool, we use ice packs unless it’s really chilly outside. Aside from the isolation pouch, the majority of your packaging will be recyclable.
If you are purchasing for any special occasion, please place your order ahead of the date you need the cheese for.
For Christmas, we will ask to pre order well ahead of Christmas, the latest end of the first week of November to ensure your goods will be available. We know you like planning these things.
DELIVERY INFOS
Delivery will depend on your location with a minimum of 2 days up to 3 days. Orders placed on Thursday after 10am will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends, colleagues or business associates. If your parcel is being delivered to a business, please advise us of the operating hours.
Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your cheese if nobody is going to be in. DHL will not attempt a re-delivery, so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order. We cannot offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was attempted. Though we can guaranty most of your orders will be with you within two days, in the unlikely event your box arrives one day late, we are unable to offer any refunds.
For UK shipping:
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95
Free for orders over £45 and orders under £25 incur £12.95 delivery fee.
We will be using DHL or DPD as chosen couriers.
We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses.
Order Sunday for Tuesday delivery, Monday for Wednesday, Tuesday for Thursday, Wednesday for Friday, Thursday before 10am for Saturday.
We do not deliver the following locations and postcodes: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands ( FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40 (excluding PA38), PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 ) and Islands, Scilly Isles.
For Local delivery within a 5 miles radius of our warehouse in SW11:
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95.
Free for orders over £35.
Cut off time 16pm for Next day bike delivery before 16pm
We do not deliver Saturday and Sunday.
